The Every Daily Readers Group is an online Al-Anon group which meets seven days a week on Zoom at 8:00 AM Pacific (9 MT / 10 CT / 11 ET).

Al-Anon is a mutual support program for people whose lives have been affected by someone else's drinking. By sharing common experiences and applying the Al-Anon principles, families and friends of alcoholics can bring positive changes to their individual situations, whether or not the alcoholic admits the existence of a drinking problem or seeks help.

​

The format of our 30-minute meeting is the reading of four daily Al-Anon readers — One Day at a Time, Courage to Change, Hope for Today and A Little Time for Myself — followed by sharing. Shares are timed at two minutes.

You are welcome to simply listen. No sign-up is required, and everything shared in the meeting stays in the meeting.
