The Every Daily Readers Group is a 30 minute electronic Al-Anon group which meets seven days a week on Zoom at 8:00 AM PST. 

​

We meet to help families and friends of alcoholics. 

The format of the meeting is the reading of our three daily Al-Anon readers——One Day at a Time, Courage to Change, and Hope for Today——followed by sharing.

Al-Anon is a mutual support program for people whose lives have been affected by someone else’s drinking. By sharing common experiences and applying the Al-Anon principles, families and friends of alcoholics can bring positive changes to their individual situations, whether or not the alcoholic admits the existence of a drinking problem or seeks help.
